Capital One’s high-performing culture and changing requirements demands a like-minded project management firm to facilitate the process of conceptual design through occupancy.

PSG, working closely with Capital One's team, actively manages a collection of design, construction, move management, financial, and communication resources required to complete the assignments, including Capital One internal associates and vendors. Capital One integrates sophisticated workplace technology requiring careful coordination amongst numerous groups.

PSG’s on-site Project Management team brings a fresh team approach to the management of Capital One’s construction projects, and PSG has been instrumental in bringing on board team members that embrace the idea of delivering projects on time and within budget.

This Campus houses strategically placed office buildings adjoined to the Town Center by connector buildings in order to give employees convenient access to meeting spaces, food service, an employee health club, and a retail market.

The exterior courtyards and open spaces enhance the wooded setting of the campus. Open office workstations and huddle spaces create flexibility and efficiency.
