Overview

Fairfax County Economic Development Authority (FCEDA) chose PSG to manage their tenant interior renovation and modernization. Their desire was to refresh the office to reflect the dynamic living and working opportunities in Fairfax County.

PSG helped FCEDA create a headquarters office to reflect their mission to “promote the county’s extraordinary business community” to clients and potential clients on an international scale.

Project Highlights

PSG provided design consultation and management and established a project budget and fast-track schedule. We guided FCEDA through the buildout delivering solutions and innovative ideas during the process.

By scheduling around the needs of FCEDA, construction was coordinated and completed while the office was fully occupied. PSG utilized Procore™, our online project management tool, to document and communicate about the project. We managed the subcontractors and specialty vendors including IT, AV, FF&E.

PSG brought to the table a unique media and technology solution that included one-of-a-kind photographs and video from around the county. This specific need, provided by PSG’s vendor, added new technologies to promote FCEDA's brand prominence in their office and through social media.
