Project Highlights

PSG played a pivotal role in delivering the BEP Currency Manufacturing Facility, ensuring seamless project execution through comprehensive design development (Title II Services), stakeholder coordination, and strategic planning.

Over five years, PSG collaborated with BEP and USACE, contributing to the successful on-time completion of 100% construction documents, integrating IT, security, and industrial machinery requirements, and maintaining budget efficiency within 5% of the original estimate.

The team also provided value engineering solutions, optimizing financial efficiency while navigating complex challenges such as COVID-19-related disruptions.

PSG demonstrated exceptional adaptability by implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance project delivery, communication, and documentation.

Despite pandemic-related setbacks, PSG ensured all document reviews met deadlines and proactively accommodated milestone shifts by USACE and the design team. PSG’s proactive stakeholder engagement, real-time reporting, and multi-disciplinary approach reinforced their ability to exceed expectations, positioning the project for long-term success and operational efficiency.
