VINT HILL TECHNOLOGY CAMPUS

PRIME DATA CENTER CAMPUS ON THE MARKET

Overview

Project Solutions Group, Inc. (PSG), North American Data Centers, LLC. (NADC), and THOMAS & CO. Realty Advisors, LLC. (THOMAS & CO.) announced their exclusive agreement with EFO Capital Management, Inc., a private holding company headquartered in Washington, DC, to manage and market the Vint Hill Technology Campus at Vint Hill in Fauquier County, VA.

Vint Hill Technology Campus became an established technology site serving the rapidly expanding data center market in Northern Virginia. Spanning approximately 75+ acres, it accommodated more than 1,000,000 square feet of data center facilities. The site was zoned by right for data center use and had sufficient redundant power and redundant communication channels.

Vint Hill Technology Campus met all Federal data center setback requirements and provided a highly secure environment as the home of the FAA’s Potomac Tricon and OVH’s secured data center site. The property received the support and commitment of Fauquier County for continued expansion of the data center market.

Vint Hill Technology Campus gained international market appeal. Its prime benefits included competitive land value, security, its own water supply, 100MW of power, connectivity, and the backing of the Fauquier County Board of Supervisors and Fauquier County Economic Development Authority.

PSG served as an Owner’s Representative, providing technical management and professional support to clients across real estate strategy consulting, transaction services, design and construction, and operations for both public and private sector clients. PSG’s team was led by President/CEO, Dave Zorger, who had 35 years of experience in the data center market.

Mitch Neitzey, President/CEO of EFO Capital Management, Inc., stated: “With PSG, NADC, and THOMAS & CO., I was confident that I had the right management and marketing team in place to bring premium data center users to the Vint Hill Technology Campus.”

Project Highlights

Vint Hill Farms Station, a former military base that served as the USA’s first high-tech listening post during WWII, played a significant role in the creation of the NSA. President Eisenhower credited Vint Hill with the key intercept that contributed to the Allied D-Day victory at Normandy, marking a turning point in WWII in Europe.

NADC was the only national real estate firm dedicated to helping clients develop data center solutions, whether they were a REIT, a developer, or a corporate user. Jim Kerrigan founded NADC in 2014 and spent nearly 20 years advising companies on solutions for their data centers.

THOMAS & CO. was a real estate firm founded in 1999, focusing on sales and leasing of commercial property in the Washington and Baltimore marketplace. Thomas Saehler served as its Broker Owner and was a member of the team.

The PSG Team was led by Albert Shotwell, who held the position of SVP of Real Estate Services for PSG and acted as an Agent for THOMAS & CO.
